HairVibe™ — Shipping Policy (UK)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under £30: £3.99 standard delivery fee

  • Orders £30 and over: FREE standard delivery

  • Expedited shipping (1–2 business days): £6.99 flat rate

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: orders may ship in multiple parcels depending on stock availability.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delays can occasionally occur due to postal or carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Carriers

HairVibe™ partners with trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
Requests for specific carriers cannot be accommodated.

Addresses & Tracking

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Once submitted, we’re unable to modify the address.
If you notice an error, please wait for your tracking email and contact the carrier directly.

HairVibe™ is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Allow 7 business days for standard delivery orders.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, wait 2 additional business days, as some carriers may mark items as delivered before final drop-off.

  • Still missing? Contact us at support@hairvibehp.com with your order number and we’ll assist right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please keep all packaging and items received.
Email support@hairvibehp.com with your order details and photos of the damaged items — our Customer Care team will make it right promptly.
