That’s why every HairVibe™ product is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 💛

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Hairline Powder™, we’ll make it right — guaranteed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a single unit of any Hairline Powder™ shade and are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

To start your refund, simply contact us at 📩 support@hairvibehp.com.

If you purchased more than one unit of the same shade or item, we may request the authorized return of any new, unopened, and unused units before issuing a refund.

Terms of the Guarantee

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the first bottle/unit of each HairVibe™ product.
Your lifetime order and refund history will be considered when evaluating eligibility.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline refund requests for multiple identical products or colours.

  • Decline repeat refund requests for previously refunded items.

Authorized Returns

If a return is required, we’ll provide:

  • A return authorization,

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not refuse a shipment or mark it as “Return to Sender,” as this will delay your refund.

Outside of the Satisfaction Guarantee, returns are accepted only for new, unopened, unused products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HairVibe™ is not responsible for items lost in transit.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival, and refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product and packaging.
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Hairline Powder™ products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product or shade you prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
